Pricing Philosophy
As a shared workspace, PERCH is meant as a community resource for getting online, connecting with people and being creative. Pricing varies by duration of time needed and your technology requirements. 

Base Pricing:
10-day (20 half-day) punch cards available or pay per day/week.
$15/day
$60/week
$130/month for full-time use (does not guarantee private office)
*Use of PERCH on Saturdays is possible. Please call to inquire.

Private Office:  
Full access to the building, technology (WiFi, printer/scanner/copier, office equipment, video), coffee bar, free conference room use.
$160/month
*Printer/Copier use limited. Ancillary charges will be added to final invoice if used over the agreed quantity.

Meetings (business meetings)
$30/ up to four hours (including prep time)
$50/ from four hours to eight hours (including prep time)
Any event rental beyond eight hours will be negotiated prior to the event.
*Costs associated with any specific planning/preparation by PERCH will be added to your final invoice.

Events (bridal showers, baby showers, family events, etc.)
$50/ up to four hours (including prep time)
$80/ from four hours to eight hours (including prep time)
