Central Meeting Area
For larger groups, the central meeting area at PERCH offers space, access to a 55" screen, coffee bar, printer, copier and more. We'll work with you to make sure you have the seating and technology needed for your meeting or event.
Seating – tables seat up to eight each (16 people at two large tables)
Additional Seating – up to eight more by adding a third conference table; extend your space further by using the lounge area as well
Video – 55" Smart TV for video conferencing, presentations, etc.
Amenities – access to WiFi, paper, printer/copier, snacks & beverages
Services – we can be available to help coordinate & set up your event if needed

Smaller Meeting Area
If you're meeting as a smaller group, anywhere from two to six people, PERCH also has a smaller conference room available for rent. (This space is within a private office space and may or may not be available.)
Seating – table seats up to six
Additional Seating – an additional table/chairs can be brought in to accommodate up to eight people.
Amenities – access to WiFi, paper, printer/copier, snacks & beverages
Services – we can be available to help coordinate & set up your event if needed
